THE GOOD A 2010 model from Sony the NX800 Series Looks Great featureless black slab when turned off, dominated by a single pane of glass that extends almost to the edge of the panel on all sides.

It does come with built-in WI-FI. It has one of the best Interface almost identical to PS3 and does a good job of surfacing the TV’s many Internet services, widgets, settings etc.

Sony NX800 is using an Edge-Lit technology keeping the panel thin and improving the energy efficiency making this model the one of the most efficient LED TV tested.

THE BAD: As for the performance the KDL-NX800 certainly improves upon that model but still falls short of most other TVs in its price ragne

As for the color accuracy Sony NX800 did very well except for the bluish black areas.

Black levels Comparing to other LED Tvs in the list delivers a somewhat lighter shade of black except the LG SL90 model. Sony’ss XBR9 and Samsung’s B7000 black levels were just a bit darker than on the NX800.

The glossy panel on 2010 Sony models doesn’t help watching TV in a bright room causing too much reflections.

CONCLUSION:
SONY’S NX800 will make jaws drop for its breathtaking design. It surely has one of the best and most friendly interface than other LED TVs tested. Picture quality isn’t so great for its price.
